Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders and 3PL partners
- Implement and improve shipping procedures for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environments
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
