Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments using TMS/WMS systems
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier rates
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays proactively
- Manage customs documentation for cross-border shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PIVOT TABLE experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
- Supply chain certification (CSCP/CLTD) a plus
