- Coordinate domestic/international shipments using TMS software
- Track inventory levels and reconcile shipping discrepancies
- Prepare and process customs documentation for cross-border shipments
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Collaborate with carriers to resolve delivery issues proactively
- Maintain accurate shipping records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management
- 2+ years experience in shipping/warehouse operations
- Proficiency in TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
