Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation including customs forms, bills of lading, and packing lists
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and delivery times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate shipping records in logistics management systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail with documentation accuracy
- Associate degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management preferred
