Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping manifests
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems and provide status updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and investigate delays/damages
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams for seamless operations
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in supply chain preferred
