Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Optimize routing and negotiate carrier rates
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for seamless operations
- Implement cost-reduction strategies in shipping processes
- Maintain compliance with DOT/ITAR regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environment
- Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
