Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments using TMS and WMS systems
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Prepare customs documentation for cross-border shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipment documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on delivery schedules
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
