Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, including documentation and customs compliance
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations for optimal efficiency
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Oversee order processing, packing, and dispatching procedures
- Monitor shipping costs and negotiate favorable carrier rates
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for logistics workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
