Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Optimize freight routes to reduce costs while meeting delivery deadlines
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and carrier issues within 24 hours
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
- Analyze logistics data to identify efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination or warehouse management
- Expertise in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, LTL/FTL shipping, and customs procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-volume environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Spanish bilingualism highly valued
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
