Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track domestic/international shipments using TMS software
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and packing lists
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse operations
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
- Maintain accurate shipment records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree in supply chain management preferred
