Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and transit times
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Implement and improve logistics processes using ERP systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and transportation modes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
