Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation
- Track shipments in real-time using our advanced WMS system and proactively resolve transit delays
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate rates with 3PL partners to reduce costs
- Manage customs clearance for international shipments and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to align shipping schedules with customer demands
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot shipping exceptions
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with carriers, clients, and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred
