Responsibilities
- Coordinate international and domestic shipments from booking to final delivery
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Optimize routing and carrier selection for cost-efficiency
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays
- Liaise with freight forwarders and warehouse teams
- Analyze shipping metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
