Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and ocean carriers
- Manage order fulfillment, documentation, and customs compliance
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and transit times
- Track shipments using WMS/TMS systems and provide real-time updates
- Resolve delivery exceptions and carrier disputes proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on inventory planning
- Maintain compliance with DOT/ITA/FDA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma; supply chain degree preferred
