Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation, carrier selection, and route optimization
- Manage inventory tracking and ensure accurate order fulfillment within SLA requirements
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and proactively communicate with clients/customers
- Maintain compliance with domestic/international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Utilize WMS/TMS systems for order processing and shipment tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, hazardous materials handling, and customs documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
