Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delays
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams
- Maintain compliance with DOT/FAA/Customs regulations
- Analyze shipping data for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
