Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes of transport
- Manage inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams
- Analyze shipping data to identify process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field required
- FMCSA certification preferred
