Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier scheduling
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics for multi-modal transportation
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and proactively communicate with stakeholders
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders for efficient clearance
- Maintain accurate shipment records using logistics management software
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in shipping coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
