Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize shipping schedules using TMS and WMS systems
- Manage documentation for international shipments (customs forms, bills of lading)
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to resolve delivery issues
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams for stock alignment
- Implement cost-saving measures in transportation processes
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in logistics/supply chain preferred (CSCP, CLTD)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs procedures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
