Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite delayed shipments
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams on delivery schedules
- Prepare and process customs forms, bills of lading, and shipping manifests
- Monitor carrier performance and negotiate freight rates
- Implement cost-effective shipping solutions while meeting SLAs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA Hazmat certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Incoterms and export compliance regulations
