- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Process customs documentation and compliance for cross-border shipments
- Track and trace shipments proactively, resolving transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading schedules
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Generate shipping reports and maintain accurate logistics records
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environment
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
