Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, optimizing routes and carriers for cost-efficiency
- Manage inventory control systems, ensuring accurate stock levels and documentation
- Oversee customs clearance processes and compliance with international trade regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to prioritize order fulfillment and dock scheduling
- Track shipments proactively, resolving delays and communicating updates to stakeholders
- Maintain digital records of shipping manifests, invoices, and compliance paperwork
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with exposure to international trade
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar experience preferred)
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to resolve shipment disruptions
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
