Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, rail, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms) for compliance
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and proactively resolve delays
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams for smooth transit
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shipment records in ERP systems
- Ensure adherence to DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency with TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- High school diploma; degree in logistics/supply chain a plus
