Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities across multiple transportation modes
- Manage inventory and warehouse operations with precision
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and delivery times
- Collaborate with customs brokers for international shipments
- Track shipments using WMS/TMS systems and provide real-time updates
- Resolve logistics issues proactively with vendors and carriers
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD, or similar) preferred
- Valid driver's license required
