Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers
- Generate and maintain shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, manifests)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory allocation
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs while maintaining SLAs
- Manage customs clearance and compliance documentation
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of FTL/LTL shipping regulations and Incoterms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Forklift certification and hazmat handling experience preferred
