Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including order processing, documentation, and carrier selection
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory management and packing standards
- Manage customs brokerage documentation for international shipments
- Optimize freight routes to reduce costs while maintaining delivery SLAs
- Communicate shipment status to clients and internal stakeholders via CRM tools
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates)
- Familiarity with Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret shipping KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
