Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping schedules using TMS software
- Manage inventory control and warehouse documentation systems
- Process customs paperwork and compliance documentation
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and carrier communication issues
- Optimize freight routes to reduce transportation costs
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams on delivery timelines
- Track shipments in real-time using GPS and IoT monitoring systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) or similar certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
