Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities across multiple carriers and distribution channels
- Manage order processing, documentation, and customs compliance for international shipments
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs while meeting delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and shipment status reports
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve logistics issues
- Implement and improve shipping workflows using logistics software (ERP/TMS)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency with logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations (DOT, IATA, customs)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in logistics preferred
