Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including carrier selection, documentation, and customs clearance for international shipments
- Optimize routing and scheduling to minimize transit times and costs while maintaining 99.9% on-time delivery rates
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient order fulfillment
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies and provide proactive status updates
- Implement and maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and company quality standards
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or supply chain management within the tech or electronics industry
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM, or TMS platforms) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex logistics challenges under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset with proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
