Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations, including carrier selection, documentation, and route optimization
- Manage inventory control and warehouse activities to ensure stock accuracy and timely dispatch
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions for delays or damages
- Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to maintain transparent communication channels
- Utilize logistics software (ERP/WMS) to track shipments and generate performance reports
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
- Continuously identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent WMS/ERP systems)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex shipping data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with carriers and stakeholders
- Knowledge of DOT/IATA regulations and international shipping protocols
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Certifications in logistics (CSCP, CLTD) a plus
