Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, rail, and ground carriers
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse receiving/distribution processes
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS/WMS systems
- Resolve shipping delays and carrier-related issues proactively
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams on delivery timelines
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- OSHA certification preferred
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
