Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs while ensuring on-time delivery performance
- Track and analyze shipment data using TMS platforms to identify efficiency improvements
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and clients to resolve logistical issues proactively
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations to support shipping workflows
- Prepare and maintain compliance records for domestic and international shipments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle Transportation, SAP Logistics)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
