Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation preparation
- Monitor real-time shipment tracking and proactively resolve transit delays
- Optimize transportation routes and negotiate carrier contracts to reduce costs
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate warehouse operations for timely dispatch
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations (customs, tariffs, hazardous materials)
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve shipping-related inquiries
- Generate shipping reports and KPIs for continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- Strong knowledge of LTL, FTL, and international shipping regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with experience in resolving shipping disruptions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
