Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across air, sea, and ground transport modes
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Liaise with customs brokers, carriers, and clients to ensure compliance and timely delivery
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate freight rates to maximize cost efficiency
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective action protocols
- Generate shipment reports and analyze logistics performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align shipping strategies with client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with shipping software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS platforms)
- Certified Customs Broker (CBP) or equivalent trade compliance certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities for resolving complex logistics challenges
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and international stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
