Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and route optimization
- Manage inventory control systems to track goods and ensure timely dispatch
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to resolve shipment issues
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong understanding of Incoterms and customs documentation requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to port/warehouse facilities
