Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Optimize freight routes to reduce costs by 10-15% quarterly
- Collaborate with customs brokers for seamless international clearance
- Prepare commercial invoices and customs forms with 99% accuracy
- Implement new shipping technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficient in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or ShipStation)
- OSHA Hazmat certification required
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
- Excellent written communication for customs documentation
- Ability to manage 50+ daily shipments simultaneously
- Spanish language proficiency preferred for Latin American routes
- Valid driver's license with clean record
