Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent deliveries
- Liaise with customs brokers for international shipments
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
- Generate shipping reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- BA in Supply Chain or related field preferred
