Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and track international/domestic deliveries
- Implement cost-effective shipping strategies while meeting SLAs
- Manage customs documentation for international shipments
- Utilize WMS and TMS systems for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- High school diploma; Supply Chain certification preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license required
