Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Manage inventory levels and track shipment statuses using logistics software
- Resolve transportation issues and maintain client communication
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
- Prepare accurate invoices and shipping reports for clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
