Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments via truck, rail, and air carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, manifests) with 99% accuracy
- Optimize load planning and route efficiency for 50+ daily shipments
- Resolve transit delays and carrier issues proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for timely dock scheduling
- Maintain real-time shipment tracking in TMS systems
- Conduct monthly logistics performance analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and transportation regulations
- Excellent Excel/ERP data management skills
- OSHA Hazmat certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Proven problem-solving under tight deadlines
