Join our award-winning logistics team at Global Logistics Solutions Inc. as a Shipping Coordinator in Miami! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to streamline our supply chain operations and ensure seamless delivery experiences for our clients. You'll be the backbone of our shipping operations, coordinating domestic and international shipments while maintaining exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for air, sea, and ground freight
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping manifests
- Track shipments using WMS/TMS systems and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address carrier issues proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading schedules
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations (ITAR, FDA, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with documentation experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Customs Broker or ISTA training preferred
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Bilingual English/Spanish required for Miami market
