Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, rail, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, permits)
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems
- Resolve logistics disruptions and carrier negotiations
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for inventory accuracy
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- OSHA/FMCSA regulatory knowledge
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
