Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Prepare and process customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates)
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and coordinate with carriers for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading/unloading
- Communicate shipment status to clients and internal stakeholders
- Comply with TSA, FDA, and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with shipping software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Forklift certification preferred
