Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for ocean, air, and ground freight
- Maintain accurate documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates
- Resolve shipping delays and customs clearance issues
- Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Manage inventory and warehouse coordination as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency with shipping software (e.g., Descartes, Oracle TMS)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly valued
- Valid Florida driver's license
