Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes (air, ground, rail)
- Manage order fulfillment, documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms), and compliance
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS/WMS systems and proactively resolve delays
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Optimize shipping routes, costs, and inventory levels
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with warehouse team on inventory accuracy and dock scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain operations
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with LTL/FTL carrier negotiations and rate management
