Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS/WMS platforms and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate rates with carriers to reduce transportation costs
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and manage customer inquiries regarding delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile shipping data against purchase orders
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous material handling
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
