Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Track and manage international/domestic shipments using TMS platforms (e.g., Descartes, Blue Yonder)
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate rates with 3PL providers
- Maintain real-time inventory visibility and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely dock scheduling
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years in freight forwarding or supply chain coordination
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials compliance
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making abilities
- Certification in logistics management (CSCP, CTL, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
