- Ensure compliance with federal/state transportation regulations and company policies
- Utilize logistics software (e.g., TMS/WMS) to monitor shipments and maintain data accuracy

- Prepare detailed reports on shipping activities and performance indicators
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and hazardous materials handling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
