Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound/outbound shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage documentation compliance (customs forms, bills of lading, commercial invoices)
- Track and trace shipments using WMS/TMS systems; provide real-time status updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and delays through proactive vendor communication
- Optimize routes and carrier selection to balance cost and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, ShipStation)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset for unexpected logistics challenges
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
