Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including order processing, carrier selection, and documentation
- Manage inventory control and warehouse logistics to ensure optimal stock levels
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays with carriers
- Collaborate with customs brokers and international partners for cross-border shipments
- Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international shipping regulations
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics performance metrics
- Build relationships with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
- Forklift certification and warehouse safety training preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
